A delivery service needed three products for three users — the dispatch office, the merchant, and the driver — designed as one system rather than three disconnected apps.

Context

The Problem

ToU is a delivery service. I designed its product ecosystem as pure UX/UI: the admin dashboard the operations team runs on, the business app merchants create and track orders from, and the driver app on the road — with English and Arabic served throughout.

The three users could not differ more. Dispatch lives in dense data — orders, businesses, riders, and per-area distance pricing — so that side leans on tables, filters, and status chips. The merchant side is map-first: an order is placed, a driver is found, and every outcome — delivered, rejected, no driver available — is designed, not just the happy path. The driver app is the same system compressed for glanceability: availability, incoming fees, and the road. One component vocabulary serves all of it.
